HAMPER PACKAGING

All items listed in each hamper will be packaged individually with sauces and condiments also individually packaged. The boxes will be sealed with a catering band and come with custom designed menu for each different hamper. The selection in each hamper is best suited to cater for 2 people.

We would recommend that guests bring in addition to their table ware, serving spoons, a cheese knife, small board and bread knife to slice the baguette as they are delivered whole to ensure they do not dry out.

DIETARY & ALLERGY CONSIDERATIONS

All hampers can be prepared gluten free but no other variation is possible. Please ensure you request gluten free when placing your order to ensure all due care is taken when your hamper is prepared.

SERVICE DELIVERY & DISTRIBUTION

All hampers will be prepared in Gerard’s kitchens and transported to the event, stored in a portable cool room before being distributed. The picnic hampers will be available for collection from midday.

Gerard’s staff will facilitate the distribution of the hampers onsite as per the order received and against the recipient’s name. No facility for variation will be available on the day.
